It has import qualification of raw materials, wholesale qualification of refined oil and a modern logistics system consisting of raw material transfer terminal, 8 million CM oil warehouse, 5 million tons per year “Rizhao to refinery” oil pipeline, 2 million per year petroleum pipelines, 30 million CM per year of natural gas pipeline private company trains, raw material transfer workshops and refined oil product retail terminal.
